Anavel Caparros founded Caparros Shoes almost 20 years ago, in 1988. What started as a vision to empower women for the special occasions in their lives became much more. Today, Caparros Shoes is the largest shoe brand owned and operated by a U.S. woman.
You can expect fashion-forward yet, classically beautiful shoes from Caparros. She has built a reputation for designing unique, captivating dress shoes full of vibrant color and embellishment for everything from weddings and chic proms, to evening events and life-defining occasions. Along the way, Caparros has attracted a loyal following of women who appreciate styles that easily transition from day-into-nightlife.
Capparo's love of shoes has inspired global inspirations in neutrals and colors that will match anything you want to wear. The simple and elegant designs will keep in line with your style, rather than rob you of your own essence.
Anavel Caparros’ love of shoes and her global inspirations result in an uncompromising approach to quality and design innovation. Despite the growth of this company, Caparros Shoes proudly maintains the same soulful, handmade, attention-to-detail as when it was first conceived all those years ago. Additionally, Caparros is adamant about her charitable contributions. She supports organizations dedicated to women’s health, education, youth, and the fashion industry.

Talk about Lady in Red! These dressy heels are perfect for a classy night out. They're somewhat comfortable, but I wouldn't wear them all day long. And, the red is hard to match...I wear them with a black dress and red belt. Very hot, hot and they will make your legs stand out in the crowd!

I don't think any high heel is totally comfortable, but at least they need to look good. I bought a pair of Amanda heels for my sister's wedding, though, and I never felt like I had to take them off. This sandal is sexy, and great for dancing.
