Are you seeking the best style, bargain and style in a cowboy boot? OLD GRINGO has been pushing the envelope for fashion in this shoe niche for the past eight years. You won't find your old-fashioned styles here, but you will find old-fashioned comfort and customer service with OLD GRINGO.
OLD GRINGO manufactures handcrafted products produced by true craftsmen in the traditional fashion. This blend of fashion and time-proven quality makes OLD GRINGO products a unique value in the marketplace. But, you can't escape the vivid colors, fashionable hybrid boots and traditional markings. As they continue to pursue a different path, they strive to make the OLD GRINGO brand something that customers feel embodies style and quality.
Yan Ferry and Ernie Tarut founded OLD GRINGO in 2000. They combined Yan's bootmaking and design skills with Ernie's 30 years of experience in leather manufacturing to create boots of superior style and quality. OLD GRINGO was born.
OLD GRINGO opened its first factory in the fall of 2000, and the first collection of original, vintage and retro styles was available within six months. The boots were well received in the market by traditional western outlets, as well as fashion boutiques, catalogs and shoe stores. The styles bridged the divide between western style and pure fashion. After two years of ever-increasing demand, Old Gringo factory built a larger factory in Leon, GTO Mexico from which it continues to produce its collection of fashion-forward western wear.

My girlfriend doesn't like me wearing these shoes out to the store, because she says they look like slippers. They are! But, they're so comfortable I don't want to take them off. The sheepskin is too hot for summer, but they're great around the house, even in air conditioning.

Been an old gringo fan for years, and wanted to say these boots are great for dancing. Won't wear them working, as they're too nice! ha! Easy to pull on and slide off, too, and the heel wears really well.
